Spices Powder

Chili Powder 

Chili Powder is a blend of spices that usually includes ground chili peppers, oregano, cumin, and garlic powder. Chili Powder mixtures can vary from mild to extremely spicy. It is not necessarily hot, but may have a mild flavor if made with a chili pepper of a less pungent variety.

Turmeric Powder 

Turmeric powder is a bright yellow spice powder made from dried turmeric rhizomes. While its slightly peppery and warm flavour; vibrant colour; and preservative properties make it a great culinary ingredient, the presence of 'curcumin' makes is suitable for cosmetic and medicinal purposes too.

Coriander Powder 

A perfect blend of garden-fresh aroma and natural green colour. This variety is widely used to give Indian curries its distinct curry flavour. Coriander has a flavour which combines lemon and sage, with a sweet-note as undertone.

Black Pepper Powder 

Black Pepper Powder is also known as kali mirch powder or kali miri powder. Black pepper comes from the pepper plant. It is a smooth woody vine that grow up to 33 feet in hot and humid tropical climates. Black peppercorns can be made by picking the pepper berries when they are half-ripe and just about to turn into red.

Garlic Powder

A popular seasoning made from dried garlic flakes that have been ground into a powder. Garlic powder is concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Garlic powder is often substituted if necessary for fresh garlic cloves, using 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder to equal one fresh clove of common garlic.

White Onion Powder

It is highly used as seasoning, flavoring ingredient in various preparations of soups, sauces, food preparations, cooked vegetables, stuffing mixes fast foods, etc. It is very comfortable to use in cooking without compromising the original flavor, taste and nutrition value of fresh onion.

Red Onion Powder

This is 100% dehydrated, ground red onion, concentrated into an easy-to-use powder which will add zing and colour to all your cooking. The flavour is slightly stronger and sweeter than regular onion powder, and it is especially good to use in seasoning mixes, dry rubs and dressings.
