Masoor Dal 

Masoor dal is an important part of the diet in many parts of the world, especially in the Indian subcontinent, which has a large vegetarian population. It is basically split lentil without skin and is red in colour. It does not need soaking prior to cooking as it is a soft dal and cooks quickly.

Chana Dal 

Chana dal is baby chickpeas that has been split and polished. It looks and tastes like small kernels of sweet corn, and is one of the most popular ingredients in Indian cuisine. Chana dal is delicious, nutritious and easily digested.

 Moong Whole

Moong Whole is a healthy Indian comfort food prepared from yellow split lentil (green split gram without skin) and many spices. It is rich in protein and a staple food in India and main source of protein for vegetarians. Serve it with rice and roti for healthy wholesome meal.

Toor Dal 

Toor Dal is one of the lentils that is widely used in India. It is also known as Pigeon Peas Lentils, Toovar dal, Tuvar Dal, Arhar Dal, Peeli Dal or Yellow Dal in various regions.

Chickpeas, (Cicer arietinum), also called garbanzo bean or Bengal gram, annual plant of the pea family (Fabaceae), widely grown for its nutritious seeds. Mustard Seeds
